Creating, innovating, and surprising have always been the key words at Savanna. The Art of rum collaboration highlights the talent of contemporary artists from Réunion, combining their creativity with that of the master blender, Thierry Grondin, who designs the original blends of the rums in this collection.

For this edition, the master blender has combined two very old molasses rums and an 8-year-old agricole rum, all aged in former French oak ex-cognac barrels.

Nose: Slightly fruity and vegetal with peppermint notes. There is a candy-like English drop side, characteristic of the traditional rum distilled in the Savalle column. Woody notes brought by soft hints of vanilla and spices, all enhanced by discreet and well-integrated almond notes.

Palate: A lively rum without being aggressive, the palate reflects the beautiful aromatic complexity of the nose.

Finish: A nice balance between the nose and the palate. A pleasant long finish.
