Nose: Dominantly fruity, with very ripe tropical fruits, balanced by vegetal and resinous notes, and lightly empyreumatic. Its complex profile promises an explosion of flavors.

Palate: A harmonious rum characterized by a wealth of flavors between fruity and vegetal notes that unfold throughout the tasting. The sweetness and indulgence of soft and tangy candies, along with the surprise of green peppery olive brine, surprise and melt in the mouth to make way for exotic fruits. Red and black berries then return with their tannins and explode into red fruits with raspberry and wild strawberry.

Finish: Complex, exuberant, powerful, and at the same time balanced with great length on the palate.
